Privacy Policy
We aim to collect only what is necessary for Labio to work. Lab results may be sensitive (health) data. Use Labio only if you agree with this Policy.
1. Who we are
Labio is an app for storing lab results and generating summaries/AI insights. In this Policy “we” refers to the owner and operator of the Labio service.
2. What data we process

3. Why we process data
- To let you store and view your lab history.
- To build charts and trends for your metrics.
- To generate AI insights on your request.
- To manage credits and subscriptions and prevent fraud/duplicate purchases.
- To improve service quality and fix issues.
4. AI processing
When you request AI insights, parts of your lab data may be sent to an AI service for processing. We try to send only what is necessary to generate the response. AI outputs may be inaccurate.
Note: AI providers and server regions may change. You can update this section with provider names and regions before publishing.
5. Payments
Purchases are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play. We receive technical transaction identifiers/tokens used to validate purchases and grant access (credits/subscription). We do not receive your bank card details.
6. Who we share data with
- Infrastructure providers (hosting/storage) to run the Service.
- AI providers — only when you request AI insights.
- Apple/Google — to validate purchases and subscription status.
- Authorities — when legally required.
7. Security
- We use technical measures to protect data (auth, access control, encrypted transport).
- Absolute security on the internet is not possible; you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the Service, or until you delete it/your account, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data (within the app functionality).
- Withdraw consent by stopping use and deleting your account.
- Contact us with privacy questions.
9.1. How to delete your account and all data
Deletion is performed in the App: Profile → Delete profile. This removes your account and associated data (uploads, metrics, AI insights, purchases/balance) and is irreversible.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is published at the same URL/page. Significant changes may be accompanied by an in‑app notice.
