Important: Labio is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. Any materials and AI insights are provided for informational purposes only.
1. Definitions
App — the Labio mobile application. Service — the App functionality and related infrastructure. User — a person using the Service. Lab Results — uploaded files (images, PDF) and extracted data. Credits — an internal unit used to pay for certain actions in the Service.
2. Acceptance
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Account & Profiles
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- Credits and subscription are tied to the user account and do not depend on the number of profiles.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure.
4. Uploaded Content
- You confirm you have the right to upload materials (e.g., your lab results).
- You must not upload illegal content or third‑party materials without a legal basis.
- We may restrict or terminate access in case of abuse or legal violations.
5. AI Features
- AI insights are automated processing and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Do not rely on AI insights as the sole basis for medical decisions; consult a clinician when needed.
- We may update AI models/algorithms and improve prompts and output formats.
6. Credits & Subscriptions
6.1. Charging
Some actions (for example, uploading a lab report, generating an AI report insight, or generating an AI metric insight) may cost 1 credit. Credits are charged before the action is performed.
6.2. Grants and Purchases
- A starter bonus may be granted once at registration (amount may change and is shown in the App).
- Credits can be purchased in packs.
- Subscriptions provide additional access for the subscription period.
6.3. Expiration and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Apple App Store / Google Play policies. If a purchase is canceled or deemed invalid, access provided by it may be revoked.
7. Availability and Changes
- The Service is provided “as is” and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
- We may update functionality, UI, pricing, and these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on the App or AI insights, nor for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of misinterpretation of data.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict access for violations or legal requirements.
10. How to delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your account and all related data directly in the App: open Profile and tap Delete profile. Deletion is irreversible: your lab history, uploaded files, metrics, AI insights and related records will be removed, and access to the account will be terminated.
If you still see cached data on the device after deletion, fully close and reopen the App to refresh local cache.
